Title: Publisher Operations Specialist – QA/Operational Analyst

Location: Pune

Job Description:

You will work as a key member of the Client Services team to provide support in the day-to-day management of publisher clients and ad network partners.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include QA of Account setups, reporting, data updates, file management, ad network additions, campaigns and creatives as part of a Pod that handles all Quality Control functions within the Client Services group.  You will work closely with internal customers to deliver on online ad inventory performance.

Requirements:

  • Pro-active, Logical reasoning ability, Problem solving and analytical mindset, Excellent written and spoken English, Quick learning, Detail oriented, Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • MS Office products including strong grasp of Excel and PPT.
  • Ad Trafficking exposure using Ad Servers like DART, AdTech, OAS, Zedo, ATLAS or OpenX / Should have worked in an Online Ad Operations Environment
  • Moderate knowledge about web based applications, web forms, web server/ ad server / Mozilla Firefox and how to work on different web based browsers.
  • Any Graduation; preferably technical qualification / Masters is a plus.
  • Certifications in web programming, data management tools is a plus.
  • Minimum 1- 4 years of Work Experience.
