Title: Account Executive, Demand Partner Solutions

Location: Pune, India

As a member of PubMatic’s Demand Partner Solutions Group, you will be responsible for establishing and growing demand partner relationships. You will work with leading Ad Networks, DSP’s and other demand partners in the Asia Pacific Region to evangelize PubMatic’s solutions, determine the appropriate product and services fit, and build long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Reaching or exceeding quarterly revenue goals
  • Leading sales efforts through all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, relationship initiation, negotiation, closing, and up selling
  • Understanding your client’s business and marketing objectives, focusing on a consultative or solutions-based sales approach through open-ended questioning and excellent discovery meetings with decision makers
  • Understanding the nature and quality of the traffic and audience across PubMatic’s publisher base and representing that to leading demand partners in your region
  • Understanding key market trends across many countries in your region and communicating this information within the PubMatic organization
  • Provide product roadmap input for ensuring market trends and customer feedback are incorporated

Required Skills:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in the online advertising industry, from an ad network, branded publisher, or online advertising technology background
  • Strong knowledge of Internet advertising pricing models, ad optimization, audience trends and technologies
  • Familiarity and comfort with online advertising technology
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also delivering results with minimal supervision
  • High energy, self motivated and passionate about working in a fast paced start up environment
