Greg Stuart brings more than 20 years of advertising and start-up experience to PubMatic’s advisory board. Greg is the former CEO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), the premier industry association focused on helping web publishers and advertisers sell interactive advertising more efficiently and effectively. While CEO of the IAB, Greg grew the online advertising industry from $6B in revenues in 2001 to $20B in 2007. IAB members now account for 86% of all online advertising sold.
Greg is the author of What Sticks: Why Most Advertising Fails and How to Guarantee Yours Succeeds, which won praise from the ad industry, including Advertising Age.
Greg is now the CEO of Project Rialto, a stealth company seeking to completely transform ad targeting on the Internet, IPTV and mobile.
Greg serves on the Board of Directors for San Francisco based Rapt, Inc. and on the board of advisors for Adify, Fraudwall, Tremor Media, Ad Infuse, Veoh, Vizu, ZenZui and myYearbook.
Munjal Shah: CEO and Co-Founder, Like.com
Munjal, an accomplished technologist and entrepreneur, co-founded Like.com, the first truly visual search engine, in August 2004 after realizing he had over 38,000 digital photos and no way to search them.
Before starting Like.com, Munjal co-founded Andale, a successful eBay auction management service, and Round Zero, a networking forum for early-stage entrepreneurs. He’s also worked for Baan, IBM and Blaxxun.
Munjal has received numerous awards and recognition and is regularly quoted in leading business and technology publications. Business Week named him one of the top 10 “Up and Comers.”
Munjal serves on the advisory boards of Yousendit, Auyptima (sold to Oracle), and MesmoTV.
He earned a Masters in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelors in Computer Science from University of California, San Diego.

Greg has made a career in explosive sales growth for influential media and technology companies. Simply put, he builds and revs the commerce engine around great content.
As global president of Criteo beginning April 2011, Greg is leading the U.S. expansion of the company that created performance advertising and leads the pay-per-click market in Europe. At his command are the retargeting tools that can truly personalize marketing online.
As the president and chief revenue officer of The Huffington Post, he built a $30 million ad business in one year. As EVP/global sales at Yahoo!, he assembled a pre-eminent sales team to grow ad revenues from $600 million to more than $6 billion. As president of U.S. Magazine publishing for Reader’s Digest Association, he turned advertising from an afterthought to more than 25% of corporate profit.
Greg got his start in ad sales, rising to VP/national sales for Woman’s Day and publisher of Memories before joining Reader’s Digest. He was CEO of NetSeer, an ad targeting startup, and president of Platform-A, the advertising arm of AOL.
Greg’s experience has translated to the top-ranked class for three years running at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, and he was recently appointed adjunct professor at The New York University business school. He is a Board member and Chairman Emeritus of The Advertising Council.
Justin Kuykendall: CEO, Pulpo Media
Justinl comes to PubMatic with over a decade of marketing and campaign management experience.
Prior to founding Pulpo Media, he served as Vice President of Network Development at Tribal Fusion, where he developed and led the company’s publisher network.
Over the years, Justin has consulted for a number of top online publishers, including properties acquired by AOL and eBay, to help them grow traffic and revenue through his SEO, SEM and display advertising expertise. Justin’s experience as a member of Tribal Fusion’s renowned campaign management group and later leading Exponential’s business development effort prepared him to lead and develop the company’s publisher network, which is one of the top three publisher networks, reaching over 125 million unique U.S. users per month.
Before joining Tribal Fusion, Justin worked on the consumer marketing and advertising efforts at Ask.com.
