Client Services Executive

Location: Pune, India

Job Description
You will work as a key member of the Client Services team to provide support in the day-to-day management of publisher clients and ad network partners. Responsibilities will include managing ad network account setup, ad network applications, traffic (run) campaigns and creatives, generate and interpret reporting that will yield competitive insights for our clients and partners. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver on their online ad inventory performance. Experience dealing with customers via phone/email/in-person is a must.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience dealing with customers and very customer-service oriented attitude is crucial
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Willing to work in the night shifts
• Prior experience in Tele-calling will be preferred. Should be very confident with good analytical skills
• One should have moderate knowledge about web based applications, web forms, web server/ ad server / Mozilla firefox and how to work on different web based browsers
• Should have some experience using IM / messengers like Skype
• Experience of 1-2 years with online advertising, must really know internet business and media pricing models (media sales or agency media buying experience a plus)
• Attention to detail
• Self-starter - ability to see a need and fulfill it without being asked to do so
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working in a team
